ASOP Military Registration Form

Starting  March 1st, 2015, ASOP is partnering with the US Army to provide a special one year ASOP membership at no charge to all 200+ active duty orthopedic technologist members.   ASOP is also extending this one year no-charge membership to all branches of the service.

This special membership is limited to 1st time new ASOP military members to allow them to take the Registered Orthopedic Technologist certification exam at no charge.  Certification and/or state licensing is now required of all medical personnel in the civilian sector.

Just download the PDF at the top of this page and return it by fax or scan and email.  Be prepared to have your direct supervisor or commanding officer called to verify your identity.
